Did you go to high school with any major LSU players?

I played against Ben McDonald in little league. He was throwing smoke at 12 years old.

Mike Fontenot at Salmen. He was in my chemistry group.

Tommy Banks, Scott McMurray, Adam McConathy, Brad Smalling, Rodney Reed, Bradie James, Andrew Whitworth, Jason Ledoux, Luke Sanders, and Brian West. Luke was younger, but always worked out at the high school with us since his Dad was the Strength and Conditioning Coach.

I went to Lee High from '76 to '79 with Al Richardson and Eugene Daniel. My bro' went to Lee from '69 to '73 with Butch Knight and Jay Whitley,and my sis' went to Lee from '66 - '70 with Mike Anderson, Al Coffee, and Ken Addy. We ALL had the great Bill Bofinger as a teacher/coach.

ETA: Ramsey Dardar used to empty my trash can when he was an inmate at the State Police barracks.

Chad Cooley. '87-91. He was a year behind me at Barbe High School.

My old man was the QB and CB on those teams. He's still friends with Ken Addy. As for myself, we'd moved up north, but I played against Dwight Freeney in football, and Carl Pavano in baseball (who was an LSU signee).

Edit, not LSU, but I went to Chapel/Trafton with Sean Cangelosi. He played at La Tech, but his pops played for LSU.
