I get Francoeur for CJ wilson. my pitching is pretty solid, but i lack in HRs and RBIs. my worry is the royals are starting to tank and that may limit his RBI chances.
other OF are crawford, nelson cruz, quentin, kubel

Dude... you are aiming WAY too low for Wilson. Francoeur is a mirage and if HR and RBI's are what you're looking for, shop elsewhere.
Your OF is fine. Crawford will rebound, Cruz is back healthy, Quentin is back in the lineup, and Kubel is hitting well. Getting a 5th OF'er is a good idea... but definitely not that deal.

I would definitely look for another outfielder. Wilson is a solid pitcher...
