Planning to go out there tomorrow morning for the first time. What kind of prices am I looking at for veggies and meats? Also, I'm assuming they don't take plastic...or do they?

If you're looking for bargains it's not the place to go. The prices are equivalent to what you would see in stores. Only difference is you get a fresher/better product. I really can't remember prices. I usually go to get strawberries/bellpeppers/shrimp/crabs and my GF likes a couple of the cream cheese dips from the lady inside.

That's kind of what I figured really - I'm more looking for good quality or simply something "different".

Th seafood prices by the vendors there are more than reasonable to make one go for that reason alone, an ATM is in the building, at the north end(of the buiding). A few items are unique to the market.

I find most items are on par with fruit stand prices and like previously stated, fresh products.
