Downtown Colorado Springs

I'm staying in downtown colorado springs this week for a work conference. do you guys have any recommendations on nearby restaurants or any fun activities?

there's a really good breakfast place on hwy 24 on the way to Pikes Peak. If you're going toward Pikes Peak its on the right.

Is that Manitou Springs on24? Manitou Springs has a bunch of good stuff. Colorado Springs is a wasteland.

basically. We ate breakfast there on the way home from Denver...wish i remembered the name of the place, it was really good. That's the extent of my knowledge of restaurants near co springs.
