Just wondering who the players look up to and who the vocal leaders are?

Just because guys are seniors doesn't always make them leaders.

On offense:

Randle (quiet guy, leader by example)
Blackwell
T-Bob
Josh D.

On Defense:

Ryan Baker without a doubt
Sam Montgomery

Yeah, Taylor is wearing 18 and tells everyone in the secondary (our dominant team position group) what to do and where to be.

T-Bob is a vocal leader on the O-Line, Shepard has always been a team leader and rah-rah kind of guy for the WRs. I'd say Baker is the leader of the LBs and Montgomery is the leader of the DL.

Let's just hope Jefferson steps it up leadership-wise this year. And I say that as an ardent JJ supporter.

Russell Shepard, T-Rex, Baker, and I think Eric Reid will step into a leadership role as well.

From everything I've heard, Brandon Taylor is pretty much the leader of the team.

Where did you hear this ? That's not anything close to what I see ... or hear from the players and their families.

Taylor and Baker are the vocal leaders of the defense from what I've seen.

T-Bob?? Are you serious! Never seen an offensive lineman get flat-backed and miss so many assignments in a career!
