I wonder how they broke down the rosters. 1s vs 2s? or mix?

Mixed I think. I don't really know the roster well though.

ETA: Does Oregon play on turf? The field is REALLY green.

Oregon, returns 12 of their top 20 tacklers. They lost 3 of the 4 down linemen, 2 of the three LB's and 1 DB's.

With us, LSU returns 24 of their top 30 tacklers from last years team.

The other side of the ball, from what I can gather, the OC and both OT's are gone along with 2 starting WR's

Hopefully our D-Line will prevent their O-line from making any holes for him to squeeze through.

If we can stop him before he sees open space we are good. Once he is in the open he is gone.

I'm worried about their rbs getting to the outside. Their WRs block very very well

the coaches do a draft but you can't take multiple starters and backups of the same positions so it gets split pretty well.

we play on field turf (or whatever the latest synthetic fields are made of)

lache is 3rd string but i wouldn't count out tra carson getting reps as a true frosh even though he doesn't arrive till fall.

of the returning OL, York plays LG, Asper RT and Weems and Cody are two guys with starting experience at T and G.

So far true fr Colt Lyerla has been pretty impressive and DT has been looking his way on 3rd and 4th down.

Cliff Harris is only 165 lbs? Rueben Randle is gonna abuse him.

Eta: Their OLine doesn't look that good IMO.

Hroniss Grasu and Karrington Armstrong are fighting for the Center spot. Hamani Stevens finally comes back from his mission but he won't be ready to take the starting spot for another year.

Really small team overall. Not going to be able to hang with LSU physically. Their offensive line looks pretty bad.

Just hope LSU has a gameplan to deal with that gimmicky offense. They are not going to line up and play physically with anyone. But they run that offense well.
