Trojan:JS/Redirector.E in inline pictures in a thread on the OT

The kate/pippa thread on the OT has a trojan injected into one of the images
file:C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\QQLS2VFD\This_thread_sucks[1].jpg
Is the file that triggered it for me.
Might want to remove the image or the thread, whichever is easier.
