What I'm trying to accomplish is making the transparent white area indicated in the pic more transparent, and preferably less white. Does anyone know how I could go about doing this?

Are you able to tweak that background in Photoshop, or can you only adjust the opacity in Twitter itself?

I use Twitter, I just don't mess with the custom backgrounds.

No- I don't think you can adjust that with photoshop, just twitter itself......I think.

Where is that background located? On another website? Or was that a template available?

What do you mean by background? If you meant the elephant design, that is stored on my computer. Everything else is on twitter.com, it's the standard interface.

I found a way to make it 100% transparent, but still working on adjusting the transparency to any level.

Go to your Twitter settings, then click the design tab (where you change backgrounds and such). Paste the following into your address bar, hit enter, and then press the "save changes" button.

quote:

javascript:document.getElementById("user_profile_sidebar_fill_color").value = '';document.getElementById("title_theme").innerHTML = 'Click The Save Changes Button At Bottom To Finish!!';void(0);

Ok that helped. Thanks. Now if I can just get rid of the white shading it would be perfect.
