just got to thinking..the Magnolia Bowl, Ole Miss LSU will be celebrating the 100th anniversary btw the rivalry this year..

Since I am only just about 28...I do not see OM as a rival either....too bad I wasn't alive in the 50s, 60s, or 70s.

i copied and pasted so it looks clusterfricked but with the exception of one game in the last 10 years, looking at the scores and the way we have sweated most of these games out, what leads you to believe that a school from our neighboring state which plays us extremely close every year or beats us is not a major rival.

This game brought back very deep emotional feelings and hatred for both schools. I experienced what my father's generation experienced that week, and I remember the s-talk between schools the entire week before the game. Then the LSU fan who posted somewhere like on an ole miss chat website for really cheap tickets with a phone number and it was a recording with the fight song talking trash. Funny

WHen I saw Eli fall flat on his arse, the only way to demonstrate my elation was by throwing my cocktail and punching the wall. If we would have lostI would have cried.
