Didn't notice you drop by there. I manage the seafood department there actually. Our price is actually down to $1.89/lb right now.

And back to the original topic.

I know one of Walmart's main suppliers and there is nothing wrong with the crawfish they are selling them. This supplier supplied my work 100's of sacks a week and they were always descent except for a few hiccups in the first few weeks in Feburary when most live crawfish suck anyway.

I also find the Louisiana crawfish to have a better taste/texture.

Also easy to tell difference cause of the uniformity with the Chinese ones.
