Anybody got some info on GOJak's dolly or comparible to move a tamdem axle boat trailer?

planning on buying a party barge to which i know i can't manuver with my truck.[not enough room].
someone told me about these. trying to fing out if i need 4 since it will be a tandem axle or will 2 work.

is there enough room for the boat and trailer to turn just not enough for the truck to push/pull it? If so use a 4 wheeler or lawntractor with a hitch on the front of them. Or get one of these:

i kinda figured as much. i don't think it will lift the tire high enough that the other one would clear.

Yes, you can even do it by hand, but expect some degree of skid marks on your concrete. Fully aired tires make it easier.
