I believed at first he would not sign with LSU, but there is one thing that pulls a lot of kids in the recruiting process. That is being close to home. I have no idea how wealthy Collins is but most families can't afford multiple trips to see their kid play across the country. I know I couldn't. That is a big factor here. Many of these kids come from humble to middle class families.

he's supposedly very close to dwayne thomas, the newest commitment, who will be in his ear about LSU from now til signing day.
