With all the know-it-alls and descendants of Nostradamus on TD

Can we have a section of this site similar to Long Bets where we can enjoy competitive predictions and bets with money/avatars/sig-pics at stake? This board would benefit from such an accounting section and keep things real.

Example:

Prediction: Patrick Peterson will be moved to safety in the NFL within 5 years.
Duration: 5 years
Predictor: Bench McElroy
Challenger: TBA
Vote/Readers Choice: (allows non-challengers to vote on either side)
Bet: once a challenger has challenged the prediction, terms of the bet can be made and posted in the "Bets On Record" section/sticky.
