First lsu basketball I have seen this year

Could really start over and build this team from scratch. Most of these guys are role players. They need a Point man, first!! Need to recruit a guard they can build a team around.

While it is true you cannot judge a team on one game, this team has looked this way all year with few exceptions. I say this with all sincerity, I think there have been intramural teams in years past that would beat this team. I guarantee that the Cory Webster/Marcus Spears team would beat this team at least once in a three game series.

As to our coach, he has proven he can win with talent. Unfortunately he has also proven he cannot recruit talent. We are in bad shape to say the least.

There have been some great LSU Fieldhouse teams of past LSU Footballers that were almost all former All-State Hoopsters that chose Football, were really solid..

Granted they couldn't hang with Dale Brown's teams of their peers at same said time..but I think they could ball hard with this LSU team for a good while.
