Restaurant Depot (NOLA) open?

Their website says it now is, but I haven't seen mention here other than "it's coming..".

And yes it is cold in the deli(cold box) where I work. 36-39 degrees to be exact.

As long as you have a business license or tax id number(occupational license), you should be able to get in.

I talked with a friend, who is a purveyor of hamburgers, who waxed poetic about it. I was told tales of whole lambs, and maybe goats (?). I don't remember all of the details.

Made it here. Nice place with plenty of selection in large qtys for the most part. Plenty of cooler stuff, foods, tools and paper products.

Yes to whole goats. I Didn't see pigs but I would think they would have those too. Can anyone confirm? Good prices on seafood too from what I remember. Interesting little place

Yes they have whole pigs. Different sizes but I don't know the exact sizes.
