Absolutely he can bang chicks in PMAC for all we care. He'll be in high demand though.

Is this being serious?

Just wondering and yes my question was serious lol. The reason I'm wondering is because from my understanding he was the 3rd or 4th best player on a very, VERY overrated team. I'm also wondering because I didn't get to watch him play much. Just wondering why you are saying he'll be in high demand? I just don't see it...

Also, looking at rivals, he wasn't a very impressive recruit coming out of high school either...

Yes he'll be in demand. He's a double figure scorer for a top 5 team, he's big, and he's just a sophomore. Plenty of schools would want him but he might just stay at BYU and sit out the suspension.

I hear ya,, I'm just calling B.S. on this one,,, not trying to start anything,, he just wasn't in high demand before, you think because he plays weak competition on a high ranked team that he'll be in high demand....

This will all depend on whether or not BYU reinstates him.

You do realize that as of last week, BYU's RPI was #1 and their SOS was #12 in the nation. The first game without Davies, they got beat by New Mexico at home by 33! That's pretty telling as to how valuable he is to that team.

You do realize the last time they played New Mexico, with Davies, they got beat,,, they've always had problems with New Mexico,,, maybe not as bad, I'm just telling you fools even if he does get released, he won't be in high demand,,, THANK YOU

Not sure this will happen. Apparently, the school stands firmly behind its code.

Justin Hamilton wasn't heavily recruited in high school and averaged just 6 pts and 5 rebs at Iowa St. but he had Cal, Virginia, and LSU after him when he transferred. Davies was going to become an all-conf player at BYU and since you try to knock that as small accomplishment because of competition it's worth noting the MWC has a higher conference RPI than the ACC, SEC, and Pac-10.

Losing by 9 to New Mexico at The Pit is nowhere near as bad as losing by 33 at home. I never said the kid would be highly sought after if he'd transfer. I simply pointed out his value to the team and that BYU has played a stronger schedule than many people realize.

Yea man, I'm not arguing with you, just that little saintsfan22 dude. See, this I can 100% agree with. I know he was valuable to that team, what I'm trying to tell saintsfan22 is, he will not be highly sought after if he can join another team after all this mess. He will be missed, but like I said, he was the 3rd best player on that team. Yes, it will hurt because he's a bigger guy but the one who carries that team is the Jimmer, not freaking Brandon Davies,, I mean seriously, besides us serious basketball fans like myself, how many of you ever heard of the dude before all of this went down? Maybe 1 or 2?

And BTW, I'm sure they got beat that much the other night because of all the circumstances that were surronding them. As I know very well, it's hard to get pumped up for a game when one of your friends/teammates gets kicked off for something that is natural at every freaking highschool much less college. And I honestly don't expect them to do much in the tourney, not because of Davies, I just don't feel like they were that good to begin with.

Look at their strength of schedule before you just assume they play weak competition. Don't just assume since its BYU that they play bad teams. I would assume you don't want them play because they are a very good team. losing Davies is a huge hit to them

Dude, just stop. You're making yourself look silly. I would trade anyone on our team save Turner for Davies. Stop being such a contrarian.

Where are you guys at now? Looks like they are REALLY missing Davies...

Just saying, don't call me out when you don't have a freaking clue what your talking about...

BTW, I never said it wouldn't hurt them a little bit but he doesn't carry the team. That's the Jimmers job.

And no this isn't to flex nuts, but you idiots called me out when they lost one game the week this crap happened. Now look at them back on a roll... Thank you guys...

Oh and Jester to your little high school hero crap,,, Your real cool dude!

Dude, just stop. You are a freaking idiot. I never said I wouldn't want him on OUR team compared to some of these other players. Read WTF I said since you quoted it jackass. I said he wouldn't be highly sought after if he pursued that route of going somewhere else. Stop being such a dumbass.
