I heard that David Voelker's business has gone under. I knew he was getting sued by one of his business partners but heard today that he has closed his office and is now being sued by Whitney for defaulting on a note.
Anybody know any details on this?

Last I heard one of the guys at RV was going to work at Iberia Capital Parters. I hadn't heard anything know about the default situation or RV folding though.

They were hiring like two months ago. I applied, but haven't heard back. This may or may not explain why.

LINK
Here's the link with a story about the lawsuit. Heard about the note and the office from an attorney, but not sure if it is just idle gossip.
BTW - this is not Rice Voelker but Frantzen Voelker Conway. Not sure the relationship between Rice Voelker and Frantzen Voelker, but pretty sure they are two distinct firms with separate offices.
