How much are dealers able to move on price? Seems they all ask MSRP! Looking to purchase the Polaris Ranger EV.

Don't pay the shipping or crate fee they try to put on you and look out of state so you don't have to pay taxes.
The Rnagers are selling so good they don't have to make you a deal to sell it. I was gonna buy a new one but found a deal on a used so good I couldn't pass up.

If you buy out of state, How do you title the ATV/UTV if you don't pay your home state taxes?

I believe this only works if you are paying cash.

Still not sure how, my understanding is that you would get a certificate of origin or the like from the vendor but not a tile. In order to get the tile you would have go thru the motions with the DMV and that is where they would get you with the taxes.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Correct they will get you , eventually. I bought two new ones out of Gulfport a few years ago. Didn't have to pay taxes there. So my wife and I thought hell yea we got over on LA and saved some major $$$ by not paying the taxes. Well sometime between a year to two years later we got hammered threatening that if we did not pay we would get fined big-time and have all kinds of penalties to pay. Thought for sure all the paper work got lost but it found its way to us via Jackson MS. We were able to get out of the penalties and such and ended up just paying the original taxes though. Plus we never registered them in LA and they still found us.
