Wow that is an understatement, by far the best DU banquet I have ever been to. some items form the menu....and they were all cooked perfectly
Boiled Jumbo Shrimp
Fried Jumbo shrimp
Raw oysters
fried oysters
char grilled oysters
fried bacon wrapped soft shell crab
fried catfish
shrimp scampi
duck bombs
fried seafood balls
and that was just the passed appetizers
I was so full I did not go through the line for a plate but looked like they had sauce paicante, salad, gumbo, grilled fish topped with etoufee, bread pudding and who knows what else,
hats off to the chefs
