I find that as I become older, I watch fewer and fewer current TV shows. These are the shows I try to catch each week, wether they are new episodes or reruns of a near-currecnt episode.

The Big Bang Theory
Top Gear (British)
American Pickers
Pawn Stars
...that is it.

I will catch some South Park, a few Simpsons, and a couple How I Met Your Mother.

Anything else I watch is because my wife is watching it and I might see some of it, I catch it on accident, or it is a special.

The only big three network show I still watch is the original CSI on Thursday night. Besides that, the other things are what I happen to catch on History, A&E, Discovery and the like. Pawn stars, American Pickers, like others have mentioned. But I don't plan my evenings around watching them. If I catch them - fine. If I don't, they'll be re-aired constantly.

Pretty sure those are the only current ones I watch. I can't say I watch them every week, but they're all on the DVR schedule, so sometimes I catch up and watch like 3 at a time.
