I can add to your list:

Tom Tully - DVM and Professor at the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. Others:

Fred Michaelson - veterinarian
John Falgout - veterinarian
Chris Rich - physician
Robert Dugas - physician
Jay Whitley - dentist

ABE MICKAL.. was OB-Gyn and in later years became head of that Department of LSU School of Medicine New Orleans. He was offered a Senator position in the State Legislature by Huey Long

as a current dental student, you can say i wont be a real doctor if you'd like but just so you know dds > md... i will make more money, work less, not as much government involved, and be my own boss so with all that being said, call me what you wish

Also, average GPA of dental student at LSU > GPA of medical student.

Dexter Gary - retired Ortho in Houma. OL in 59-61 (freshman in 58, so didn't play on NC team). His daughter is married to Mickey Guidry (QB at same time as Hodson)

Mike Blanchard had the highest gpa in LSU Med School history the year he graduated. The most intense/dedicated person I have ever met. The guy is an awesome person to boot.

Wayne Sessions, mid 60's under Cholly Mac...
I work with him every day and he is a great physician and a true Tiger....

Chucky played QB in high school at Broadmoor in Baton Rouge and then went on to play tight end at LSU.
Played 70-73?? or so!

wasn't a star but Dr. Westerman on jefferson played in the 50's with Billy Cannon
