Matt was drafted by the Broncos, but let go after a season or two. He went to the Titans, go hurt, and never got back to his previous level of play. He left football and entered dental school here in Denver I saw him last May and he said at that time he was scheduled to begin practice here in Denver sometime this year.

Billy Cannon was a dentist.

He'll graduate from U of Colorado Dental School next year.
Again....define "star"...but
Sol Graves is an orthopedic surgeon and his Dad White Graves who also played at LSU is a dentist.
