I think he might be the only candidate.

The little tradition dictates that it has to be

1) An upperclassman
2) An offensive player
3) A skill position at that, and probably not the QB, either
4) A team leader

Yeah, DeAngelo Peterson is your new #18. I can't see RR or RS switching.

I can not get out of my head how he refused to catch that pass during the Auburn game because he heard steps. He does not examplify the characteristics required for the jersey in my opinion. We need to give to someone with True Grit!
