We need to have one so lets do this. It can be any kind of fish or animal you have shot, trapped, or caught. Post the recipe(including what to marinate it in) and a pic if you happen to have one. When the thread starts to die down I will put them all into a document that can be sent to anyone who wants it! I will start it out with something simple that a fellow poster got me hooked on a few years ago.

Name: Duck Bombs
Type of Meat- Duck
Other Necessary items: Italian Dressing, Tony's, Soy Sauce, worcestershire sauce, Bacon,Cream Cheese, Jalepenos, and toothpicks

Marinate:
Marinate the duck in Italian dressing, tony's, soy sauce, and worcestshire for about an hour before you plan on cooking.

Pre Cooking:
Soak the tooth picks in water to avoid burning on the grill and cut the cream cheese into small pieces(can do larger if you are not grilling much duck)

Directions:
Cut the duck into pieces that are about 4 inches wide. Place the duck in the middle of a piece of bacon(can cut the bacon in half if needed), place a piece of cream cheese and a jalapeno on top of the duck and wrap it up with the bacon using a tooth pick to keep it together. The amount of time you leave the duck on the grill depends on how rare or done you would like it to be. However, duck does not take long so pay attention and flip when needed.

Before it went on the grill last night:

Yeah, I'm gonna have to wait until I cook something with some pics. I hate recipes that don't have pics to make me hungry as hell

Hard to beat cooking some wild game, no matter what kind. We need to get this stickied as well.

I actually think that it should be. For instance, that first recipe would be murdered over there, when in fact, everybody knows it's good. I would hope that this one could stay here and only have wild game in it...

I have nothing against the f&d board, in fact, it's one of my favorites. I just know how some of the people act over there and it can be a joke. Simple things are sometimes the best, and I would think that these recipes would be served best over here...

Meal:Delicious frothy awesomeness

Ingredients: (1) Case of bud light (or your beer of choice), (1) Thirsty individual

Directions:Drink all of the beer
