...might make a good head coach for the Tigers with a decent DC?

You have to be able to run the ball to win championships, and you won't find that with Mike Leach. Even in Michigan's current desperation, I'd take Brady Hoke over Leach. LSU would have a much easier job to find a coach, especially those better fits at LSU.

No, I am one of the few that would take him as well...he played with 2nd tier talent at TT and was feared in the Big Smell....the violations are allegations not proven against him, the majority were against other sports at TT...

I think he would be the best option if Miles does leave.

Whoever said;

Other than the text message thing that just came out, what?

btw: I dont see the text message issue, as bad what we (LSU) just got in trouble for with the NCAA.

Wasn't the main reason he was fired due to the pressure Craig James put on TT?

This x 1,000. Although I don't know if anyone has mentioned this since Texas Tech was sanctioned because of him. Maybe that's the new twist on this thread...but probably not.

Do you not realize that Texas Tech just got put on 2 years probation for violations that were under Leach while he was their coach?

Why would anyone consider this guy now?

Job shopping

Not Craig James or ESPN
