I don't see how you would keep Miles from his alma mater. If he is anything like me, he would go back for half the money. I don't think the possibility of LSU being able to win another championship is very weighty because he already has one. He has the chance to be a god at the school he has said numerous times is his home. Sometime money isn't the most important thing.
