why would anyone invest in the colorized $2 bill allegedly worth $30 but available now for only $10? Act now and get a second $2 bill free! As seen on TV repeatedly the last few days.

If you really wanted a colorized $2 bill couldn't you just go down to your local bank branch and exchange two $1 bills for one new colorized $2 bill?

I think they generally manage to charge substantially more than $10.00 - S&H pretty steep on these orders. Also, are two of these defaced $2 bills even worth $4.00? If government currency is defaced like this, are they still legal tender?
