Can't think of any drawbacks to Patterson if Miles is gone. This should be Alleva's one and only call.

They just blew up the stadium at TCU to build a house that Gary has built. They can pay him whatever he wants. They are joining the Big East.

He isn't going anywhere.

Whatever LSU offers Patterson, TCU can match it.

he is in a low pressure position that pays really well from what I have heard. I doubt he leaves TCU with the move to a bcs conf coming up. He continues as is with a few down years and he will be well paid and have a stable job at that university for a long time

He'd never leave a place where he's immortal to go to a place where they'd let the air out of his tires for only beating Ole Miss by 3.

Not only that but the Big East would be incensed. They didn't grab TCU for its basketball cred.

saying zero percent implies there is nothing that could sway him. What are his chances of leaving TCU for LSU? I don't know. I'd like to see him turn down 3.75 million, LSU's facilities, and recruiting base before I put it at zero. Its not like he's fricking Belichick with the Patriots who is at the pinnacle of his profession.

TCU's alumni have handed him over 150 million dollars to build facilities (including a new stadium) to his EXACT desires.

Recruiting base? He's in DFW!

So basically you are saying TCU is a better program than LSU and we should expect to not be as good as TCU because they have great facilities, better recruiting base, and better coaching.

agreed. all this 0% shite is mind boggling. it might be in the 15% range-not very good- but i dont think he'd stonewall the phone call either

how many people knew rich rod was going to leave his own alma mater to go to a better job before he tanked at michigan??
