Addition to my home

Going to be adding a sun room type of area to my home in the spring. It will require modification of the roof to extend out to cover so its a little over my skill set to do on my own. Anyone have any recommendations on a good contractor in the BR area that does this type work. My budget is $25K.

Be sure you check out whoever you get bids from. Ask to go see some of their remodeling work and talk to the homeowners they did the work for.

Mark Spano or Ronald Legendre. Both are good house builders but better renovators both in book.

Should be too bad, pic of the rear of your house would help. How old is your roof?

I work for a great builder that does this type of work all the time. We just finished four houses or so this year. Let me know if you are interested, I'll post my email.
