I have about 10,000 photos and need to scan them and would like to get them in electronic (.bmp,.jpg or .tif) format but the process of our flatbed scanner will take forever.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a great scanner with a document feed that has supurb resolution that can do the job?

Thanks, TBT

There's a high speed document scanner at my work and that bitch is worth a few thousand dollars and only does 75ppm. It's gonna take forever to get all those photos up.

75ppm is fast as hell, and there's no way it can scan photos that fast, at least not in color with decent quality.

Well, I thought of that, and the cost to reproduce the amount of photos I have makes it worthwhile to invest, hence, the question if anyone has suggestions to a good scanner..
