Someone explain the Personal Foul call

on the long run by Ravens when the Saint player hit him low as he was going out of bounds? It did not appear that it was obvious he was going out.

Same side of the field where a pass 7 yards over the line of scrimmage is intentional grounding. That might explain it for you.

Refs were very picky today but it went both ways. I thought the personal foul on Brees in the 1st quarter was BS too
