Ran into Orgeron at the NO airport today

Didn't present myself as a LSU alum/fan or any of that, just said hi and asked if he was on the road recruiting. "Yea, recruiting some good Louisiana boys. Hoping to get LSU upset by stealing a few of them!" He said it in a fairly good natured way, but funny how he mentioned LSU with no solicitation and only a question on if he was in LA for recruiting.
But anyway, anyone know who USC is trying to "steal" from the state of Louisiana?

Sc has a kicker committed from Lake Charles. Collins visited SC a few weeks ago. Those are the only two I can think of

How many can they sign, this year? They have 16 commits. Didn't they lose 10 scollies a year for three years?

SC can sign a full class this year unless the appeal come through before signing day, which seems unlikely. Also, because early enrollments count back, SC should be able to take about 8 or 9 early enrollments also

I guess it's possible he may have been observing at some high school more than actually meeting with a prospect in person? Though I would find it weird that he was going to his gate at 6pm to fly out on championship friday if he was just in town to observe.

Well he has the time to recruit now. Wonder how selling the 'perfect season' is going?
Not to mention even Kiff said he felt the school should let him go if he did not perform adequately.

USC is recruiting Collins, Jarvis and Hillard... and probably some 2012 kids.

hopefully 25-30 this year. Unless the appeal decision is finalized soon, they can take a full class. Appeal to be heard in january

And we got a commit last night from the #1 WR in the country, George Farmer. This is going to be an active two weeks for USC in terms of recruiting and pledges.
