commit to L.S.U.? Looking at our recent history with top-notch Q.B.s We (Crowton and Miles) have taken some of the best talent in the nation and have been unable to develop them into any kind of quarterbacks. Don't get me wrong, glad like a sumbitch to get him, just hope he don't follow the path of his predecessors.

Hopefully he is great and doesn't need a lot of coaching like Matt Flynn, although I know Fisher was here to coach him before GC got here.

Name one.

We are told, at least, that RS just isn't a collegiate QB. IF it is true, you can't really blame that on player development. He only had 1 yr to prove himself before being switched. Pretty clear they wanted him as an "athlete" and gave him a superficial "shot" at QB only.

Please tell me that you aren't that stupid. I know that you are, but lie to me and tell me you aren't. You pathetic imbecile, even professional QB's need coaching.

He had Richt coach him up for a year and he is a pretty damn good QB coach. And hell, maybe his JUCO coach was good too.

Point is, he is a lot more seasoned and coached up than freshmen straight out of high school.

I love how this is stated as a fact. I guess that is how it works today. Say something long enough and loud enough and it becomes true.

3 QBs drafted before these two. Plus, Lee has the arm and skills to go just not the confidence or right system. JJ is the Newton version you get without 200 grand.

I would give my left nutt(excuse me Houston)to just run thru the tunnel and onto the field at Tiger Stadium"...To compete for position here should be considered an honor for any player(in my opinion)and if yours is any different , maybe you should be on another board.

How do we know for sure that Crowton will still be here to Coach Mett. Do you think perhaps Mett was given assurances by Miles there would be a new OC?
