Since he is always hurt, and the rookie TE is playing so well...Think he is gone next year?

They probably won't cut him. $4.5m isn't really that bad a price for a solid starting TE. I can see them not extending him, though.

I agree... Just hope he stays healthy the rest of the year seems like that is asking A LOT at times

We're going to need someone that blocks as well as he does. Remember he IS a part of the OL - blocking is vital, too.

This is the correct answer. Shockey should be on the team next year but reverse roles with Graham. It never hurts to have 3 TEs who can catch!
