Seriously, if you want to go to the NFL. It makes me sick to be honest about it.

I'm with you my brother. I have a feeling that not only is he not coming here, but we will face him and will lose to him playing for somebody else.

He might not ever see the field at Arkansas. He will see the field here no doubt. I would probably go to Stanford if JH stays. Then LSU if crowton is gone, but we have all seen what crowton can do with a QB someone else polished. (Flynn)

yeah, you're about right. LSU or Stanford, if he wants to go to a place where he can start immediately and showcase his talent. Maybe South Carolina.

Pretty confident he's coming to LSU. All these doomsayers who say he isn't are just the rant leaking onto the RB.. I don't think I've seen any of the RB regulars who know what they're talking about mention him going anywhere other than LSU.

I'd go to lSU and its a no brainer. LSU is where he will get the most PT, the best receiving core, a veteran O-line, and a solid running game behind him. He might not even see the field at arkansas or at Alabama. As far as I know he is really only between us and A&M, and I dont see him going to UT's little sister

Let me see, if I understand. You are saying he might not be good enough for Arkansas, but LSU needs him badly. If the kid is talented and smart then he will go to someplace like:
Arkansas
USCe
Stanford

Yea, so now Miles is gonna start

Jefferson 1 quarter
Mett 2 quarter
Lee 3 quarter
and whoever has the hot hand 4th quarter

If I were Mett I would not come to LSU after seeing how Miles handled the QB's this year.

This is so fricking stupid I don't even know where the frick to begin. First of all what the frick did you want Miles to do? Turn the reigns over to Lee? The kid still got in there and threw off his back foot and almost shite himself every time a DL got near him. With Mett, if he's as good as people think he is he will play immediately. Miles is not an idiot like most of you morons like to believe. He knows and has been knowing that the QB position has been our achilles. Look for Crowton to GTFO and Mett will come in ready to learn the new system. I think he'll actually have the leg up since JJ & Lee have been force fed Crowton's shite for 3/4 years.

Bot you Nega Tigers never cease to amaze me. When Jeffereson wasnt playing good all i heard was play Lee, Play Lee. Then after he comes in and throws off his back foot after three years of coaching you say well lets go back to Jordan.

How about this. Let Les Miles run the team you go to academy sports buy a snuggie and a foam finger and STFU.

Mett would be an idiot to not come to LSU.

On the O-line we only lose 1 senior and at WR we only lose one senior. Talent will be all around him.

Dont get me wrong......Arky is a good look as well as Stanford but I dont feel the competition of Lee/Jefferson/Mett will be much of a competition is Mett can read a defense and hit a WR on the run.

I love Jefferson more than most. Home grown kid from LA leading the Bengals to 10-2. i appreciate what he has done but he is not a champioship caliber QB at this stage. After 3 yearas I can say with confidence nor will he be in one more year. He came along in teh Bama game and Ole Miss. But we need more consistancy at that position.

Arkansas has a very very good back up that's young, that has been in the system and they have a good recruit this year. We don't need the best qb in the sec we just need something better than what we got.

I hope to God this is the dumbest post of the day. If it isn't we have some major league dumb-asses around here. I know we're all morons here but come on man! frick, stop being stupid.

LSU helped put JaMarcus Russel in position to be the top pick in the draft.

When was the last Arkansas quarterback drafted that high?

Um, you know Nutt has been our Coach for 10 years. He kills QBS. Mallett is the first Petrino QB even eligible for the draft and he will be very highly drafted.

+1

I mean who even remembers the QB when McFadden/Hillis/Jones were in the backfield. Cox or Balls or something?

Petrino/Arkansas got a QB finally, and this year have a running game to help take the pressure of of Mallett and what happened? They went 10-2, with 2 VERY good losses, the #1 team at the time Bama, and #2/#1 Auburn and had chances to win both games.

Until we get rid of Crowton I would go somewhere else. Crowton has to be getting paid off to call the bullshite he calls. I've never seen an offensive coordinator stop calling plays that worked the week before. He does it every freakin time.

In spite of LSU fans negativity the LSU brand is very strong. Playing for LSU will get him way more exposure and I think he's not impressed with these guys coming late to the party.
