Florida State - Maryland

So a buddy of mine and I are bored and we're going to College Park for the FSU-Maryland game. Any DC/MD/VA people in here have any recommendations? The game is at 8, so we may be going to a bar for the LSU game; I've heard of the Thirsty Turtle, but are there any other bars of note in the area?

Does anyone know the "tailgating" rules?
