Potential TD pass to Randle in 1st Quarter - broken up by ULM but

should it have been a penalty?
I am just watching replay so missed this if it was discussed. The ULM player just about ripped Randle's head off reaching over from behind and pulling his head back by the helmet (if not actual face mask). Shouldn't that have been a penalty? The play was reviewed and while I understand that the review was only to determine if it was a catch or not, I was surprised the announcers didn't even discuss how the defensive player reached over and pulled Randle's head back by his helmet.

He caught the pass and should have held on. helmet to helmet contact will be called but its 50/50 is other types of contact will be deemed unsportsmanlike.

A 5 star talent like Randle should have caught that ball.
