Does Meggitt project at DE or OLB?

Do the gurus of the RB think that Meggitt will bulk up and be a rush DE like Mingo did or will he stay at OLB? I've seen his weight listed at 205 or so.

The staff is looking for a linebacker to go with Randle, and he's the only prospect whose name is coming up recently.
