Who would have thought that Miss. St. would be our biggest win of the season and we are 7-1?

I still think the win at UF was LSU's best. Miles' teams had been soundly thumped on his previous visits, it was the best the offense has looked, the defense played well, & few people (including me) gave the Tigers a shot to win.
Anytime you win in Gainesville, it's a good win.

I recall many said the same thing when I predicted LSU to win the BCS NC prior to the SEC Championship game vs the Vols.

maybe....JUST MAYBE..the computers love us because we have beaten these bcs schools with winning records.....Miss State 7-2, Florida 5-3, WV 5-3, UNC 5-3....i know that doesn't mean anything to you...but you take out the lsu wins, and these teams are 7-1, 5-2, 5-2, 5-2......LSU has currently played 5 bcs teams with winning records....after bama it will be 6....in 9 games...pretty damn good schedule despite what YOU THINK of the teams they have played.
