This Mettenberger kid

Ive notice a lot of talk about this kid, from what I heard he's supposed to be pretty good. A couple of questions though:
1) If he is at LSU next season, what year will he be? I heard junior but im not sure
2) is he considering any other SEC schools besides lsu?

considering there was one incident at UGa and none so far at the CC, why would his incident total suddenly skyrocket if he comes here? Why would you 'guarentee' it?
