Shreveport LSU Fans

haha yea that was so bad. i quickly found the game onlne to watch but jesus what a frick up. the same shite over and over and the forecaster was beyond horrible

The station weather people took over the broadcast as there was some bad weather way over in East Texas. For a good while in the second half there was no picture of the game. Then they gave a small split screen, but no audio.

and the station manager issue so bs response today about 50,000 people in the viewing are in bad weather. No one in Mt. Pleasant is watching Shreveport TV, they are watching Tyler or Dallas.

The station manager is UT alum and taught at A&M for 15 years so there is the real story. I am more pissed about that than the game. It was 20 minutes of no picture then they did split screen with no audio and I left the house and drove around listening to it.

This isn't the first time they've done that shite.

Also did it during the Pats/Chargers game today.

They did the same shite for the LSU/UF basketball game (which we won) in 2007. The HD picture was eliminated for the entire game; they cut in and out about 8 times from start to near finish; they left a weather tracking radar up for the entire game; and they flashed, for the entire game, a message at the bottom of the screen. This storm, by the way, never hit Shreveport.

I called the station and told the guy (Ed something?) that it was beyond annoying and unnecessary and he told me I was being insensitive. I then told him some profanities and that peoples' lives do not come close to importance as LSU games and to mind his own business. Maybe it was my actions 3 years ago that caused this absurdity yesterday and I haven't lived in Shreveport in over 2 years.
