The fact remains that while most of don't agree with the decision to start/play Jefferson, Les doesn't give a shite what we think. He's the coach and he's going to do whatever it is he thinks gives him the best chance to win the game, even if everyone in the stadium thinks he's bat-shite crazy.

It is not the end of the world that Jefferson is starting this game. This doesn't mean we spot Auburn 7, 10, or 14 points. Let the game play out and let's see what happens.

The fact remains that this team is 7-0. It doesn't matter if you think we should be 4-3 or 5-2, we are 7-0! Enjoy the rarefied air!

LSU 31-17. Take it to the bank!

People have been bitching all season and we're 7-0.

So in the logic of Miles, why should people calm down?

A Tennessee linebacker and safety knocked each other out of the play. Jefferson got lucky.

Dude, this is the Rant. On here, only the last game has any future predictive power. And it has absolute future predictive power.

I don't agree with the calm down stuff though. I like the insanity that goes on around here.

Jefferson starting means that we are going to concede our first two drives and likely give Auburn the ball inside the 15 after a turnover.

I don't know about you, but I'd like to roll the dice with Lee and see what a LSU game looks like where we score first and Jefferson doesn't give the other team 7 points while racking up a whopping 4 yards of total offense.
