Not our best night. Especially on third down. We gave Brantley far too much time on the critical third down on the Gator;s last drive.

We looked vulnerable against the read option on the last drive. Hopefully, we'll do a better job against Auburn.

Great job generating turnovers and batting balls, though. TMAT's strip was a thing of beauty.

It was all after our Offense got conservative and couldn't sustain drives. It wore down the D in the end.

We're having a little trouble finding and tackling the QB on that play. Had a little of that same problem against Miss St.

Exactly. We are a few adjustments away from being ridiculous. Two weeks to iron it out before it gets real again.

243 yards? Are you kidding me? Most teams would give their collective left nuts to hold a team to that. What sucked was that twice the Gators have pitifully short fields to work from for TDs.

I'll tell you right now - I'll take 243 v. Auburn in two weeks and be sitting pretty with 8 wins and 0 losses.

That's 40 fewer yards than Bama allowed them last week.

Meh. About 70 of those came on one drive.

I thought Mingo was held pretty obviously on that 51 yarder to Moore too.

Not our best night at all. But the best part is that we can play alot better, but we still won

The facemask which negated the safety did not help. We have to stop that shite.

How many second chances and extended drives did Florida have tonight?

the 243yards is kind of deceiving. UF had a short field a couple of times. So the most they could get was 20-30yds in those possessions.

defense still had a great game though.

we had a roughing the passer that gave them a first down

we had a PI in the endzone where the ball was CLEARLY uncatchable

Are you a fricking moron? Only the top 5 teams in the nation allowed less than 243 yards per game coming into this weekend. And we allowed that to Florida on the road when they were coming off a loss to #1 Alabama and desperately needing a win. That was a solid defensive performance.

If you give up less than 250 to a SEC team, especially a perennial powerhouse team, its a good night.

Take away the two short field schores and the return TD and the defense gave up two drives in the whole game. One resulted in a missed FG and one a late TD.

243 yards is also below our avg yds per game we've given up this season, which coming into this week, put us 45 yards ahead of the next closest team in the conference. had florida not had two drives starting inside the 20 or returned a kickoff for a td, this game would have been ugly
