In reviewing statistics from Florida's first 5 games, their opponent has scored 1st in 4 of the 5. Only Kentucky did not score first against the gators so far this year.

Also of note, which may become a factor in our game Saturday, Florida has gone for it on 4th down in every game this year so far - 13 times, making it on 8 of those attempts. Against Miami of Ohio they went for it on 5 occasions, making it on 3 of the 5.

If you look at the statistics of Florida's games, they have not been playing like you would normally expect of Florida . We will very much have an opportunity to bring home a win on Saturday. We match up well statistically in most categories. It will be fun to watch.

Also prior to last week LSU had played stiffer competition than the Gators. Pound for pound it looks like a pretty even matchup. Could go either way IMO. Hope it goes the Tigers' way this time.

Kentucky was also the only game that Florida wasn't shut out in the 1st quarter this season.

Need to score early & make them play from behind.
