This might work.JL could hand off to JJ.He could run some and some times pass. This would confuse the defence and maybe help us.What do you think. It may also be a big decoy for lond passes.

Actually it's not. Using JJ as a decoy at first, and eventually throwing a pass from the slot may work great. You have to use him as a decoy often enough to make it effective. Certainly would put a wrinkle in the opponants defense.

Sounds like a monster cluster-f waiting to happen. You want JJ to be in there picking up the blitz as a blocker in pass protection?

Actually it's a terrible idea, JJ is afraid to get hit. What kind of decoy is that. He won't get the ball, just standing back there allowing LB's and DE's to crush JL!

No. You don't put JJ in the backfield as a decoy. When JLee gets the ball then what does JJ do? block? run a route?
The much smarter option here would be Shepard. Look at the first play of the Tennessee game. See how many people followed Shepard on that play fake.

with this, he can overthrow receivers from a whole new angle. the defense wont know what hit them.

This has been used effectively before. Using a versitile QB, usually in the slot can be very effective.

Maybe, but JJ is not the versatile QB you're making him out to be.

dude seriously, what are you watching? hes not effective or versatile in any way. hes horrible at everything. thats why hes now gone a month without passing for more than 100 yards. thats why hes averaging 89 yards a game for the season.

I don't think JJ is a great QB, and feel Lee gives LSU a better chance of winning. The LSU offense is a stagnant, blundering beast and needs some creativity. Don't be shocked to see both QB's on the field at the same time before the season is over.
