No shite. I don't get what they are bitching about. They had plenty of time too. They had 13 guys on the field, lined up and ready to play. The coaches weren't even trying to get any players off the field.

Their point is that they lost on a technicality and didn't actually get beat. They are right.

the penalty didnt give LSU 6 points, it gave LSU another chance to score, but it didnt directly lead to points
the next run by ridley that LSU converted gave LSU the points and the win

Kyle Clendenon Apparently LSU is just fine having 12 on the field, lining up in an illegal formation, AND not being set for one second before the snap. Geaux figure.

The penalty just gave us an untimed play.
It's not our fault they let Ridley bullrush his way across the plane.
Guess they couldn't stop Ridley without 13 players and somehow it's our fault that the refs can count.

We practically served up victory to them on a platter... all they had to do was C-O-U-N-T and game over. Why Tennessee followed suit and made substitutions is beyond me. Dooley wasn't about to let Miles outstupid him, I guess.
