Is it time to start dropping the Bears with Jay's status unknown?

After watching that debacle they tried to pass off as a football game last night, I have grave concerns. Putting aside the suicide watch that was implemented after Cutler's negative points snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, there are other issues to worry about.
I haven't heard anything about Culter. Anyone else?
I also have the Bears D. I feel they'll be solid against Clausen this week even if Jay can't go. If Jay is out longer, do the Bears need to be dropped because no one can keep up the pace being on the field all the time?
Lastly, I have Robbie Gould, too. If Culter is out, I wonder if the Bears can move the ball at all. Is it time to drop him for another kicker? It's slim pickens in the waiver wire department. Folk, Gano, and Hanson are the best choices, although Carney is available, too. Thoughts?
P.S. I don't have any Bears WRs, but if you do, what are you doing with them in the short term?

I have Forte, and I am starting to feel a bit skiddish about starting him - at least until Cutler's status is revealed.

I would think that Forte is the strongest of the skill positions without Cutler. At least you know he's going to get the ball.

This on CBS:

Bears QB Jay Cutler was back at work Monday less than 24 hours after suffering a concussion that knocked him out of his team's game Sunday night at the Giants. He attended team meetings as if he was preparing to play in Week 5 at the Panthers, according to ESPN.
I've got Palmer in reserve, but I think I'm going to start Cutler if he plays. Panthers have four sacks in four games. How much presure could they put on him?

the bears D should be in for a big game...clausen and a bunch of rookie WRs and the bears are good at stopping the run

Per NFL.com:
quote:
League sources told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora that, barring a setback, Cutler is expected to start this weekend. The sources told La Canfora that Cutler's concussion is not severe and if he does not experience post-concussion symptoms in practice, then he is likely to play. The Bears are preparing for now as if Cutler will play, La Canfora reports.
I've got a lot riding on this.
