Miles knows he is in trouble

It seems obvious that Les knows he will be fired at year end. He has been coached by his attorney and/or agent how to answer questions. His condescending attitude, not accepting responsibility and lack of accountability are from an individual who is positioning themselves for a legal battle in the near future.
