Definitely a great breakdown. It was a truly splendid game plan from Tuchel, and the players adhered to it with utmost diligence.

They were nearly broken two minutes from time, but they have an in-form goalkeeper (Wetklo) when all else fails.

There's something to be said for flair, talent and whatnot, but being tactically sound and having all 11 players on the same page is such an underrated concept these days.

They have another big game Saturday against Hoffenheim. Hoff have not won in three straight, and they'll be hellbent to get a win on the road.

Probably will see the 4-3-1-2 formation from Mainz.
