Possible trade: Mendenhall/Megatron for Turner/S. Moss

What do yall think about trading Mendenhall/Megatron for Turner/S. Moss?
League is standard scoring, 10 teams. My current starting RB/WR situation is:
Mendenhall (RB1)
MJD (RB2)
Austin Collie (RB/WR)
Miles Austin (WR1)
Calvin Johnson (WR2)
My thinking is that I can improve my WR situation with Moss, while getting equal production at RB. I'm not really convinced that Megatron will come back around to his 2008 form, and Moss is getting tons of looks. The other owner has expressed interest in trading both Turner and Moss.
Is this a good trade?

With the way the Steelers are playing on D they are just going to pound the ball all day. I definitely would rather a healthy Mendenhall.
